How To Register for Internet Account Access

1. Click on the "Home Banking" icon that appears on the credit union home page at www.orfcu.org.

2. The WELCOME screen appears. Please be sure that you are operating in a secure site at this point. Refer to the "Security Features" section of the WELCOME screen for more information.

3. You will be prompted to enter your MEMBER NUMBER. Please enter your account number in the space provided. For example, if your account number is 12345670, enter 12345670 in the space provided. If you do not know your account number, please contact any Member Services Representative at (865) 482-4343.

4. After you have entered your MEMBER NUMBER, TAB to the PASSWORD box by pressing the TAB key once. Your PASSWORD will be the same password you use for ART (Audio Response Teller). If you do not use ART, please enter the last four digits of your social security number.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have opened your account on or after June 1, 1999, and are not already using ART, then your account has NOT been automatically enrolled in Audio Response Teller. If this is the case, you will not be able to use the last four digits of your social security number for your home banking password until you contact the credit union via e-mail at orfcu@orfcu.org or by phone at 482-4343. Your account will then be connected to the audio response system and will have the accessibility for both ART and Home Banking using the last four digits of your social security number.

5. After you have entered your PASSWORD, use your mouse to click on the ENTER button.

6. If the Member Number and Password you entered match the database files, you will then enter the Internet Account Access platform. If you entered the incorrect Member Number or Password, you will have ONLY four remaining attempts before being LOCKED OUT of the home-banking platform. If you become LOCKED OUT, you must contact our office at (865) 482-4343 to have your access re-initialized for security purposes.

7. Once you enter the correct Member Number and Password, you will be taken to the credit union Disclosure information. You must read and accept this disclosure before being admitted to account access platform.

8. Once you read and agree to the disclosure, click on the ACCEPT button and you will immediately be prompted to change your Password. THIS IS NOT AN OPTION. You MUST enter a new password before proceeding.

* ENTER your current password in the CURRENT PASSWORD box

* TAB and enter your new password in the NEW PASSWORD box. The new password must be at least 4 characters but no more than 8 characters and can be alpha, numeric, or a combination of the two.

* TAB and enter your new password again in the CONFIRM PASSWORD box.

* Using your mouse, click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button.
